Research Projects

Helped Mozilla understand if Pocket, one of their product lines, aligned with the needs and desires of their target market, ensuring they allocate resources effectively.

Investigated trends among generational cohorts in media consumption to provide valuable insights into content platforms, formats, and engagement patterns, to inform the team on future shifts as each generation progresses.

Trained the Pocket Mobile Team on how to conduct research, how to analyze data, etc so that the team could gain empathy with our users and feel more connected during the product building process.
